Shipping & Delivery

At HighBudSugar, we sculpt from signal, shaping the invisible into something you can hold.

Though we’ve cherished it in creation, it was never ours to keep. It’s yours. It always was. Before you were aware, your frequency sent the signal which echoed across the frequency we create on. So we listened. We crafted. And now, we send it back to you.

To preserve the sanctity of this exchange, select handcrafted, limited, or higher-value creations may require signature confirmation upon delivery. This ensures certain pieces rest within the grasp of who they were made for and protects the integrity of the exchange.

Carrier:
We currently ship primarily through USPS Priority Mail, a trusted service that reflects our standard for secure, intentional delivery. Certain handcrafted pieces may ship with signature confirmation, while select accessories or partner-shipped items may arrive separately and may not require signature upon delivery.

Order Timeframes:
Each creation is handcrafted and sealed with purpose. Handmade creations may require three to five business days for preparation before shipment. Tracking details will be provided once your order is in motion.

A Final Note:
And lastly- this piece is exceptional. It carries your imprint, your essence, your call. Thank you for allowing us the honor of crafting it for you.
Receive it fully.
Enjoy it deeply.

Life moves uniquely for each of us. Here are a few reasons you may choose to have your package held at USPS instead of delivered:

  • Nap time is sacred – and the doorbell? Not welcome.
  • You work from home and your dog’s got beef with every knock – we get it. Deep focus mode doesn’t like surprise interruptions.
  • You live in a shared space – and you’d rather keep your order personal.
  • You won’t be home during delivery – and want to stay ahead of the missed packages note on your door.
  • You just prefer to pick it up on your own time – respect.

Choosing Hold for Pickup offers control, discretion, and peace. Let your order arrive when you say it’s time.

Busy during usps hours?

If your package is being held at a local Post Office, you can authorize another person to collect it by following these steps:

Provide Written Authorization: Write a note that includes your name, the recipient’s name, and a statement authorizing them to pick up your package.

Sign the Authorization: Ensure you sign the note to validate the authorization.

Include Necessary Details: Mention the tracking number or any relevant package information to assist postal staff.

Recipient’s Identification: The person picking up the package must present a valid photo ID that matches the name in your authorization note.

Alternatively, if you received a PS Form 3849 (Redelivery Notice), you can complete the back of the form with the name of the person you’re authorizing and sign it. The authorized individual should bring this completed form along with their photo ID to the Post Office.

Additional Tips:

Same Last Name and Address: If the person picking up the package shares the same last name and address as you, some Post Offices may allow pickup without written authorization. However, it’s advisable to check with your local Post Office beforehand.

Standing Delivery Order: For frequent pickups by someone else, you can set up a standing delivery order at your local Post Office, which authorizes a specific individual to collect your mail regularly.
By following these steps, you can ensure that someone you trust can retrieve your package smoothly and securely.

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, USPS will leave a notice. You may:

Reschedule delivery online at usps.com/redelivery

Or, visit your local USPS location with a valid ID and tracking number to sign and receive your package in person.

This option is perfect for those who prefer not to have their parcel left at the door, ensuring safe and direct receipt.
