At HighBudSugar, each piece is handcrafted with care and produced in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Exceptions (If We Are at Fault)
We will only offer a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:
You received the wrong item
Your item arrived damaged
There was a clear error on our part
If an issue occurs due to our error, please contact us within 5 business days of confirmed delivery with photo proof of the issue.
All cases are reviewed individually. If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused by improper handling or misuse
Failure to follow Product Care & Safety Guidelines
Normal wear and tear
Minor variations due to the handmade nature of each piece
Misunderstandings from not reviewing product descriptions
Handmade & Limited Edition Notice
All HighBudSugar pieces are handmade and often released in limited quantities.
Variations in color, texture, or detail are part of the artistic process and make each piece unique. These are not considered defects.
Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
