Are HighBudSugar pieces handmade?
Yes. Every HighBudSugar creation is handcrafted with intention, detail, and a touch of controlled chaos. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations may occur between pieces. No two journeys are exactly alike.
Are your products edible?
No. HighBudSugar products are inspired by food, snacks, desserts, and beverages, but all items are strictly non edible and not intended for consumption.
Please smoke responsibly and keep all products away from children and pets.
What materials are used?
Materials vary depending on the piece. Product descriptions will clearly state whether an item is made from resin, polymer clay, glass, air dry clay, or mixed materials.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully read product descriptions before purchasing.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
However, if an issue occurs due to an error on our end, we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us within 5 business days of confirmed delivery.
How should I care for my piece?
Each piece should be handled with care. Resin and clay artwork can become damaged if exposed to excessive heat, improper cleaning methods, drops, or misuse.
Please review our Product Care & Safety Guide before use.
Will sold out pieces return?
Not always.
Some creations are one time releases, while others may return in altered forms during future launches. Once a piece disappears into the void, there is no guarantee it will resurface.
How often do launches happen?
HighBudSugar operates through curated launches and limited releases. Countdown timers and launch announcements will appear on the website and social platforms when new drops approach.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before shipment begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipment stages, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Do you offer custom pieces?
Not at this time.
Current focus is centered around curated collections and limited edition releases.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photos?
Lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of each piece may cause minor visual differences. This is part of the individuality of handmade artwork.
